Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 100gm Powdered Sugar
- 50gm Butter
- 50gm White Flour
- 50gm Cocoa Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
- Mix sugar & butter together.
- Add eggs & vanilla to the mixture & mix it well.
- Stir flour & cocoa powder together.
- Then add this to the egg mixture. Mix well.
- Pre-heat oven for 5-10 minutes at 180°C.
- Grease a baking tray & add the brownie mixture into it.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes at 180°C.
- Serve with chocolate syrup or ice-cream.
