Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 125gm Powdered Sugar
  • 125gm Butter
  • 2 spoons Baking Powder
  • 60gm Cocoa Powder
  • 125gm White Flour
  • 2 spoons Coffee
  • White Chocolate (for garnishing)

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs, sugar and butter into a bowl.
  • Stir flour, cocoa powder, coffee & baking powder together.
  • Then add this to the egg mixture. Mix well.
  • Pre-heat oven for 5 minutes at 175°C.
  • Grease a baking tray & add the cake batter into it.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes at 175°C.
  • Garnish with grated white chocolate on top.
  • Serve with ice-cream or chocolate syrup.
