Chocolate Mud Cake
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 125gm Powdered Sugar
- 125gm Butter
- 2 spoons Baking Powder
- 60gm Cocoa Powder
- 125gm White Flour
- 2 spoons Coffee
- White Chocolate (for garnishing)
Instructions
- Beat the eggs, sugar and butter into a bowl.
- Stir flour, cocoa powder, coffee & baking powder together.
- Then add this to the egg mixture. Mix well.
- Pre-heat oven for 5 minutes at 175°C.
- Grease a baking tray & add the cake batter into it.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes at 175°C.
- Garnish with grated white chocolate on top.
- Serve with ice-cream or chocolate syrup.
