Eggless Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients
- 100gm Dark Chocolate (Amul)
- 170gm Greek Yogurt
- 125gm Powdered Sugar
- 50gm Butter
- 50gm White Flour
- 50gm Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Walnuts (Crushed - optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan set over low heat, melt butter & chocolate. Let it cool.
- Combine sugar & Greek yogurt. Add the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & walnuts.
- Then add this to the egg mixture. Mix well.
- Grease a baking tray & add the batter into it.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.
