Eggless Chocolate Brownie

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 100gm Dark Chocolate (Amul)
  • 170gm Greek Yogurt
  • 125gm Powdered Sugar
  • 50gm Butter
  • 50gm White Flour
  • 50gm Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Walnuts (Crushed - optional)

Instructions

  • In a saucepan set over low heat, melt butter & chocolate. Let it cool.
  • Combine sugar & Greek yogurt. Add the cooled chocolate mixture.
  • Add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & walnuts.
  • Then add this to the egg mixture. Mix well.
  • Grease a baking tray & add the batter into it.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.
